Ball joints are available in both metric and imperial thread sizes and with a large selection of plating specifications available. Stainless steel options, straight in-line ball joints and right angled ball joints are stocked in a selection of types, all having different characteristics that assist in the design of a specific purpose or application.
Materials include light-weight nylon, die cast zinc alloy, steel and stainless steel and are available in styles incorporating retaining springs, safety clips, swaging, nylon liners and detachable studs.
Metric ball joints are based on DIN 71802 and DIN 71803 and imperial ball joints are based on SAE J 490 specification.
